Section 10: Establishment of the management team.

(1)
There shall be for the Bureau a management team which shall comprise the Director-General and the heads of departments of the Bureau and it shall be responsible for the implementation of the policies of the Board.
(2)
The organizational structure of the Bureau shall be determined from time to time by the Board.
