Section 9: Annual estimate and accounts

The Council shall keep proper accounts in respect of each financial year and proper records in relation to those accounts and the Council shall cause the account to be audited by a firm chartered accountant approved by the Council and when audited, the accounts shall be submitted to the members of the Council for approval by them at a meeting of the Council.
