COUNCIL FOR THE REGULATION OF FREIGHT FORWARDING IN NIGERIA ACT
Section 29: Regulations, rules and orders
(1) Any power to make regulations, rules or orders conferred by this Act shall include power, to make-
(a) provisions for such incidental and supplementary matters as the authority making the instrument considers expedient for the purposes of the instrument; and
(b) different provisions for different circumstances.
(2) Any regulation made under this Act, shall be published in the Gazette as soon as they are made and a copy of any such regulation shall be sent to the Minister not later than 7 days before they are so published.
(3) Rules made for the purposes of this Act, shall be the subject to confirmation by the Council at its next general meeting or at any special meeting of the Council convened for that purpose, and if annulled, shall cease to have effect on the day after the date of annulment, but without prejudice to anything done in pursuance or intended pursuance to any such rules.
