Section 18: Registration of organisations or firms performing freight forwarding services

(1) The Council shall register annually all organizations or firms performing freight forwarding services.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other laws, no organization or firm shall practice as freight forwarders in Nigeria unless it is registered by the Council.
