Section 51: Chairman's power to amend or revoke any order or notice.

2000Section 51 of 71Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Chairman of the Commission may at any time amend or revoke any order or notice which has been made or given by him in exercise of any power conferred on him under this Act.
PROVIDED THAT the revocation of any such notice or order shall not debar the Chairman of the Commission from issuing any fresh orders or notices, against any person or thing affected by the earlier order or notice.
(2) The revocation or amendment of an order or notice under subsection (1) may contain consequential, ancillary or incidental matters relevant to such revocation or amendment.
