Section 77: Establishment of the Nigerian Copyright Commission.

(1) There is established the Nigerian Copyright Commission (in this Act referred to as “the Commission”).
(2) The Commission —
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession;
(b) shall have a common seal;
(c) may acquire, hold or dispose any interest in property; and
(d) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
