Section 29: Ownership of copyright in collective works.

Except as otherwise provided by agreement -(a) copyright in a collective work shall vest in the person on whose initiative or direction the work was created; and
(b) the authors of the works incorporated in a collective work shall have the right to exploit their works independent of the right in the collective work.
