CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA (CERTAIN CONSEQUENTIAL REPEALS) DECREE

Section 1: -
Subject to section 6 of the Interpretation Act (which relates to the effect of repeals, expiration and lapsing of enactments), the enactments set out in the Schedule to this Decree, including all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed or consequentially repealed with effect from 29th May 1999.
Section 2: -
This Decree may be cited as the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Certain Consequential Repeals) Decree 1999 and shall come into force on 29th May 1999.
