Section 654: Liquidator to give notice of appointment.

(1) The liquidator shall, within 14 days after his appointment, publish in the Federal Government Gazette or in two daily newspapers and deliver to the Commission for registration a notice of his appointment in such form as the Commission may from time to time approve.
(2) If the liquidator fails to comply with the requirements of subsection (1), he is liable to a penalty as prescribed by the Commission in the regulation.
