Section 598: Powers where no committee of inspection is appointed.

Where, in the case of winding-up, there is no Committee of Inspection, the Commission may, on the application of the liquidator, if it deems fit, do any thing or give any direction or permission which is by this Act authorised or required to be done or given by the Committee of Inspection.
