Section 533: Replacement of administrator appointed by administration order.

The Court may replace an administrator on the application of a person listed in section 529 (1) of this Act if the Court is satisfied that—(a) a person who is entitled to replace the administrator under sections 525-527 of this Act is not taking reasonable steps to make a
replacement; or
(b) for any other reason which, in the opinion of the Court, it is proper to make the replacement.
