Section 468: Where person not entitled to notice of intention to appoint.

Where a person is not entitled to notice of intention to appoint under section 455 (1), and section 457 of this Act, shall not apply—(a) the statutory declaration accompanying the notice of appointment shall include the statements and information required under section 464 (2) of this Act; and
(b) section 464 (2) (c) of this Act shall also not apply.
