Section 462: Effect of non-disposal of winding-up petition on appointment of administrator.

An administrator of a company shall not be appointed under section 459 of this Act where—(a) a petition for the winding-up of the company has been presented and is not yet disposed of;
(b) an administration application has been made and is not yet disposed of; or
(c) a receiver of the company is in office.
