Section 457: Notification of appointment.

(1) A person who appoints an administrator under section 450 of this Act shall notify the administrator and such other persons as may be prescribed as soon as is reasonably practicable after the requirements of section 447 of this Act are satisfied.
(2) A person who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection (1), commits an offence.
