Section 431: Employees’ shares and profit sharing.
2020Section 431 of 870•Federal Republic of Nigeria
If under his contract of service, an employee is entitled to share in the profits of the company as an incentive, he is entitled to share in the profits of the company, whether or not dividends have been declared.
