Section 324: Restriction on use or disclosure of protected information by company.

(1) A company shall not use or disclose protected information about any of its directors, except—
(a) for communicating with the director concerned
(b) in order to comply with any requirement of this Act as to particulars to be sent to the registrar, or
(c) in accordance with section 328.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prohibit any use or disclosure of protected information with the consent of the director concerned.
