Section 28: Form of memorandum of association
2020Section 28 of 870•Federal Republic of Nigeria
Subject to the provisions of section 27 of this Act, the form of memorandum of association of—
(a) a company limited by shares,
(b) a company limited by guarantee, and
(c) an unlimited company,
shall be in such form as may be prescribed by regulations issued by the Commission.
