Section 236: Non-compliance and penalty.

Without prejudice to the provisions of section 567 of this Act, if a company fails to comply with the requirements of section 235 of this Act, the company and any officer in default commits an offence and are liable to a fine for everyday during which the default continues in such amount as the Commission shall specify in its regulations.
