Section 138: Rights and liabilities attached to shares.

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the rights and liabilities attaching to the shares of a company or any class thereof shall—(a) be dependent on the terms of issue or the company’s articles; and
(b) notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the terms or the articles, include the right to attend any general meeting of the company and vote at such a meeting.
