Section 13: Fund of the Commission
2020Section 13 of 870•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Commission shall establish a fund (in this Act referred to as “the Fund”) which shall consist of —(a) money as may be allocated to it by the Federal Government; and
(b) such other money as may accrue to it in the performance of its functions.
