Section 15: Display of interest rate

(1) A bank shall at all times display at its office its lending and deposit interest rates and shall render to the Board information on such rates as may be specified, from time to time, by the Board.
(2) A bank found in breach of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of N50 for every day during which the offence continues.
