Section 20: False representation.

Any person who falsely holds himself out or represents himself to be a licensed agent or a person acting on the authority or instructions of a Commodity Board shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of N1,000 or imprisonment for twelve months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
