Section 5: Constitution of Service.

The Service shall consist of an Aerodrome Fire Superintendent and such aerodrome fire officers, assistant aerodrome fire officers, the chief patrolmen, senior patrolmen, patrolmen and other members as the Civil Service Commission of the Federation may appoint.
