Section 10: Power to borrow money.

2022Section 10 of 28•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Council may borrow money for the purposes of the Institute, and any interest payable on money so borrowed shall be paid out of the Fund, subject to the investment policy of the Institute ratified by the Council.
