Section 3: Election of president and vice-presidents of the institute.

There shall be for the Institute a President, and two Vice-Presidents, who shall be chartered members or fellows of the Institute, to be elected by the chartered members at an annual general meeting and hold office each for a term of two years from the date of election and shall not be eligible for re-election after two terms of two years each.
