Section 15: Provision of library

The Institute shall —(a) provide and maintain a library comprising books and publications for the advancement of knowledge in secretarial practice, office information technology and management, and such other books and publications as it may deem necessary for the purpose; and
(b) encourage research into secretarial practice and allied matters to the extent that the Council may consider necessary.
