Section 34: Regulations, rules and orders.
(1) The Minister shall have power to make all such regulations, as may, in his opinion upon prior consultation with the Council, be necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act and for the administration thereof.
(2) Any power to make regulations, rules and orders under this section shall include power:
(a) to make provision for such incidental or supplemental matters as the person or authority making the instrument considers expedient for the purpose of the instrument; and
(b) to make different provision for different circumstance.
(3) Any regulations, made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette as soon as may be after they are made; and a copy of any such regulations shall be sent to the Minister not later than seven days before they are so published.
(4) Regulations made for the purposes of this Act, shall be subject to confirmation by the registered members at its next general meetings or at any special meeting of the registered members convened for the purpose, and if annulled shall cease to have effect on the day after the date of annulment, but without prejudice to anything done in pursuance of any such regulation.
