Section 22: Certificate by the Registrar to be evidence of registration.

(1) A certificate under the hand of the Registrar to the effect that any person was or was not registered as a printing Professional under this Act at any time or during any period specified in the certificate, or as to any entry in the Register of Printers or as to any act or proceeding of the Council shall until contrary is proved, be sufficient evidence of the matters therein specified.
