Section 18: Provision of library facilities

The Institute shall -(a) provide and maintain electronic library and a library comprising books and publications for the promotion and advancement of knowledge of the profession, and such other books and publications as the Council may deem necessary; and
(b) encourage research into electrical and electronic engineering theory, practice and allied subjects to the extent that the Council may consider necessary.
