Section 21: Printing, publication, etc of register of members.

The Registrar shall cause-(a) the Register to be printed, published and put on sale to members of the public not later than two years from the day he assumed office ;
(b) to be printed, published and put on sale each year (after the first publication), eithera corected edition ofthe Register or a list of alterations made to it since it was last printed ; and
(c) a print of each edition of the register and each list of corrections to be deposited at the Head Office of the Institute and the Board shall make the Register and lists so deposited available at all reasonable times for inspection by members of the public.
