Section 3: Functions of the Board

The Board shall-
(a) give policy directions as may be deemed necessary to carry out the functions of the Centre;
(b) approve the budgetary proposals of the Centre;
(c) consider reports on work of the Centre; and
(d) carry out such other functions as may be assigned to the Centre from time to time.
