Section 17: Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Board" means the Board of the Centre;
"Centre" means the Centre for Automotive Design and Development established by section 1 of this Act;
"chairman" means the chairman of the Board;
''member" means a member of the Board and includes the chairman;
''Minister'' means the Minister charged with the responsibility for industry.
