Section 11: Special registration.

Notwithstanding section 10 (1) of this Act but subject to section 22 and to rules made under section 8 (3) of this Act, a person shall be entitled to be fully registered as a builder under this Act if-(a) he has, by the date of his application for registration, had not less than seven years' practical experience in building;
(b) the level and quality of his practical experience are acceptable to the Council;
(c) by the date of his application, he is not less than 35 years of age;
(d) he is of good character; and
(e) the Council considers that he is otherwise a fit and proper person to be registered.
