Section 18: Provision for take-off.

2003Section 18 of 24•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 4, the National Boundary Commission may provide take-off office accommodation, staff and all the necessary facilities needed for carrying out the functions of the Agency under this Act.
