Section 94: Regulation of Resolution Fund.

Without prejudice to the powers of the Bank to make regulations and issue guidelines and directions under this Act, the Bank shall have power to make rules and regulations for giving effect to the provisions of this Part and without limitation, for regulating the management and operations of the Resolution Fund, and the proceedings of the Board of Trustees.
