Section 52: Jurisdiction of the Federal High Court.
2020Section 52 of 132•Federal Republic of Nigeria
Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act or any law, the Federal High Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose the penalty prescribed.
