Section 115: Swearing of affidavits.

Subject to general rules, any affidavit to be used in a bankruptcy Court may be sworn before any person authorised to administer oaths, or in the case of a person who is out of Nigeria, before a magistrate or justice of the peace or other person qualified to administer oaths in the country where he resides.
