Section 60: Exemptions granted to the Corporation(amended by Section 7 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2015)

(1)
The Corporation shall be exempted from the provisions of -
(a)
Capital Gains Tax Act or such other law of the National Assembly on capital gains;
(b)
the Companies lncomes Tax Act ; and
(c)
Investments and Securities Act
