Section 60: Proceedings of the Board of Trustees (amended by Section 8 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2015)

The Board of Trustees shall meet for the conduct of its business at the Secretariat or such other place at such times and on such days as the chairman may decide; and the Board shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have power to regulate its proceedings.
