Section 53: Designation of a Judge to Hear Matters.

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court may designate any Judge of the Federal High Court to hear matters for the recovery of the debts owed by the Corporation or an eligible financial institution and other matters arising from the provisions of this Act to the exclusion of any other matter for such period as may be determined by the Chief Judge.
