Section 45: Corporation not Required to be Registered as Owner of Security.

Where an eligible bank asset has been acquired by the Corporation notwithstanding anything contained in any law, the Corporation shall not be required to become registerd as owner of any security that is part of the eligible bank asset acquired by it and shall nonetheless have powers and rights of a registered owner of such security under any law for the time being in force:
Provided that the Corporation may, at its discretion, elect to register any interest capable of registration.
