Section 27: Guarantee of Corporation's Bonds by Federal Government of Nigeria.

Bonds or other debt securities issued by the Corporation in pursuance of sections 6 (1) and 26 of this Act shall be deemed to qualify for the grant of guarantee under section 47 of Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2007, and shall accordingly be guaranteed by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
