Section 7: Appointment of Asset Managers.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, the Corporation may appoint, on selective competitive basis-(a) asset managers to manage assets as may be specified by the Board ; and
(b) recovery agents for the purpose of recovering debts due to the Corporation or debt arising from acquisition of eligible bank assets as may be specified by the Board.
