Section 60: Contribution by the Central Bank of Nigeria. (amended by Section 8 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2015)

On or before the first business day in each calendar year, starting from the 2011 calendar year and up to the end of the tenor, the Central Bank of Nigeria shall pay into the Resolution Cost Fund the sum of N50,000,000,000 (Fifty Billion Naira) upon the approval of the National Assembly.
(2)
For the purposes of making the payment required under sub-section (1), the Central Bank of Nigeria shall appropriate the said sum of N50,000,000,000 (Fifty Billion Naira) or such higher sum determined by the relevant committee of the National Assembly under sub-section (1) of this section, from the general reserves or other funds of the Central Bank of Nigeria, and cause the sum so appropriated to be paid into the Resolution cost Fund in immediately available funds.
