Section 55: Jurisdiction. (amended by Section 21 of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria Amendment Act, No. 2, 2019)

(1) The Federal High Court shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts, to try offences under this Act.
(2) Subject to the provisions of section 174 of the Constitution, offences under this Act may be prosecuted by legal practitioners appointed for that purpose by the Corporation.
