Section 215: Billeting requisitions

At any time when this section is in operation, a general or field officer commanding an arm or part of the Armed Forces may issue a billeting requisition requiring the police officer in charge of an area in Nigeria specified in the requisition to provide-(a) billets at such places in that area, for such members of the Armed Forces; and
(b) if the requisition so provides, for such number of vehicles in use for the purpose of the Armed Forces, being vehicles of any class specified in the requisition,
as may be so specified.
