Section 161: Undertaking by accused

On the grant of an application for release under this Act, the authority for the release may be given on the undertaking by the accused to-(a) remain under military authority unless other grounds exist to the contrary;
(b) surrender himself into custody when directed to do so; and
(c) comply with such other reasonable conditions as are stipulated by the confirming authority or appropriate superior authority.
