Section 110: House-breaking
A person subject to service law under this Act who, with intent to commit an offence under this Act, enters or is in the dwelling house, building or structure of another person, is guilty of house-breaking and liable, on conviction by a court-martial-(a) if the offence is committed in the night, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years;
(b) if the offence is committed at any other time, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
