Section 14: Appointment of Registrar.

1 There shall be for the Institute the Registrar who shall be responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administrative work of the Academic Branch.

2 The Registrar shall possess at least a First Degree or its equivalent in engineering, and Membership of a professional body is an advantage.
