Section 1: Amendment of Cap. A12, LFN, 2004.
The Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria Act, Cap. A12, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (in this Act referred to as "the Principal Act") is amended as set out in this Act.
Section 2: Amendment of the Third Schedule.
The Third Schedule to the Principal Act is amended by inserting a new paragraph-
"Federal College of Agriculture and Technology, Nabanje, Katsina State."
Section 3: Citation.
This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (Amendment) Act, 2025.
